Wasting taxpayers' money is possibly criminal, fraudulent in some cases and pure greed in others.

This is still not properly recognized in the EU.

What is also not widely recognized is that Fibre to the Home (FTTH) or Fibre to the Building (FTTB) will completely change the way we can deal with all kinds of day to day problems, as well as bringing entertainment services such as TV over the Internet (IPTV) into the home.

Furthermore. the phenomenon of convergence means that business and domestic users can take advantage of the same technologies.

Dear David Cameron

I just heard your promise to cut costs.

For the 1991 election David Mappin Offshore Management was given the task by the Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party under Margaret Thatcher of cutting waste particularly in Marginal Constituencies which we found was simply amazing. Just one example was piles of unopened letters mailed by CCO to those Constituencies. For example, the cost of MP’s coming just to been seen at Prime Ministers question time and the dearth of MP’s in the Chamber at other times is all too obvious as quite unnecessary in a world of having to meet the Future and Change.
