2009 – Product developments Another WORLD first, pioneered by Jon Singleton; The UK’s first traditional Telco Service Provider to offer the complete converged suite of products – Video, Voice, Data and Mobile over IP. VVDMoIP! First UK Telco to provide local international geographic numbers on a Hosted platform. First UK Telco to provide Hosted VoIP over WiMAX. First UK Telco to offer Corporate IPTV solutions. First UK distributor for Counterpath softphones. Continuing where I left off in 2008 with several World and UK firsts in the development of the latest converged IP based comms solutions.

2008 – Product Development developed and deployed several key products including the first Telco in the UK to deliver a Hosted predictive dialer solution. The first 3600 Service Provider to launch service over WiMAX. The first Telco in the UK to have an exclusive deal with Counterpath for softphones on the 3600. The first 3600 service provider and first VoIP provider to utilise local international numbers in to a UK platform.

Currently developing desktop video and collaboration services, FMC, WiMAX, Hosted call recording, Hosted call logging, live event broadcasting, IPTV, Corporate TV, payment services including contactless payment systems over VoIP and enhancements to our award winning Hosted WiFi solutions

2008 – SpiriTel win Mitel innovation award

2007&2008 – won 100 site Hosted Voice and WiFi deal. Full deployment complete by March 2008. Developing Channel Sales, Direct sales, Billing, Provisioning, product development roadmap, training, suppliers, marketing

2007 – Project Managed the deployment of a brand new Mitel 3600 Hosted IP Telephony platform (v3.0, v3.1, v4.0) and for the first time in the UK a hosted WiFi network solution designed for the hospitality sector.

2006 – Delivered complete channel sales and marketing strategy for the Nexus hosted IP telephony service for Telco Services Limited. 30 partners with 500 customers since September ‘06

2005 – Product development and sales for Worksmart (£50kpm growth in CPS revenues) 2004 – Channel sales management and development of new partner channel for Pinnacle (£840k turnover yr2)

2000 – Provided European channel sales strategy for Tiscali, managed 7 staff and 650 partners (£1.2m T to £18m T in 4 years)

1996 – Grew the Northern channel for Colt from 20 partners to 190 in 3 years (£20kpm to £2mpm in 3 years), part of a fledgling team who grew significantly between 1997 and 2000.
